Minimum Order.
The minimum order accepted is £5.00

Prices.
Prices quoted are by weight or by unit as appropriate and include all taxes applicable to sales in the UK. The company makes a charge for delivery which is specified on the web-site. The company reserves the right to alter any prices or specifications at any time without notice and all goods are sold subject to prices ruling at the date of despatch. Subject to the above, customers will be notified if the price to be charged is different from the published price and will be given the option of cancelling their order without penalty.

Product substitution. 
As some cheeses are seasonal, made on a very small scale and ripen at different rates, The cheeseboard will substitute products that are unavailable with the closest equivalent product. If you do not wish a substitute to be made then you must let us know at the time of placing the order.

Defective goods.
The buyer must notify The cheeseboard of any defective or damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery. All such goods should be photographed and emailed to us as proof as soon as possible.(within 48 hours)

Delivery.
We only deliver with in 3 miles of the shop. We do not delivery around the u.k. via courier. All order placed before noon we will try to deliver the same day. Delivery days are Monday to Saturday, normally between 12-3pm

Lost Orders.

Any lost orders in the post will not be replaced or refunded until we are satisfied they are lost and you have signed a claims form from the courier of no receipt of goods.  Majority of the time they do turn up often left with a neighbor or with the Post Office awaiting your collection.

Returns Policy.
Due to its perishable nature our cheese is a not returnable. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will try to resolve your issues. Any refunds given (partial or full) may take up to 30 days to be issued.

Store Collection.
Please select this option in checkout if you wish to collect direct from the shop. Please allow 2 hours from placing the order for us to process the order ready for your collection. Shop opening hours are 9am to 3pm, Monday to Saturday. We will normally contact you when your order is ready.

Payment.
Payment must be received by us before an order can be processed. We accept payment on line via Paypal or Over the phone with our Ring back Payment option where Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Delta are accepted . Your payment is processed via a fully authorised Payment Service which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential. In the event that any payment is subsequently dishonoured any amount due will be chargeable with interest at the rate of 4% per annum over the base rate of Lloyds TSB at the date on which payment falls due notwithstanding that such claims to interest and/or surcharges for non-payment may have been waived by us in the past. We reserve the right to re-impose without notice any discount that may have been allowed if payment is not made in full by the due date. All costs including legal fees incurred in collection of amounts due or in enforcing under the Title clause below will be payable by the customer. The Cheeseboard reserve the right not to accept or to cancel once accepted any order, without penalty. The customer may cancel an order without penalty only before we have started processing it.

Title.
All rights of ownership and to possession of the goods supplied shall remain in and belong to The Cheeseboard until full payment has been received for the goods. In the event of non-payment The Cheeseboard has the right, without notice, to enter any premises owned or occupied by the buyer in order to recover all or any of the goods. Repossession of the goods by The Cheeseboard shall be without prejudice to any other remedy of The Cheeseboard. The buyer agrees to keep the goods identifiably the property of The Cheeseboard and to keep them stored in merchandisable condition. The goods will be held by the buyer as bailer and agent for The Cheeseboard until payment in full has been made. In the event of sale of the goods prior to payment of the price in full, the buyer shall hold the proceeds of the sale as an agent of The Cheeseboard until payment in full has been made.

Cancellation.

We have the right too cancel any order at any time and full refunds will be given.

Risk.
Risk of damage or deterioration to the goods supplied passes to the buyer on delivery. No claim for damage or deterioration after delivery can be accepted.

Quotations.
All quotations given by the company are subject to market fluctuations etc and are made without engagement. Contract Terms. We shall supply goods only on the condition that these terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between ourselves and our customers and these conditions superseded any prior agreement or arrangement.

All dealings between you and This shop will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising pursuant thereto.
